Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipping within the 48 Continental United States is FREE for Air Chair, recliner, lounger, basket weave lounger, hammock and frames. Shipping is FREE for all other accessories with the purchase of an Air Chair, recliner, lounger, basket weave lounger, hammock and frames. If purchased separately there is a $5.00 shipping charge. Free shipping is provided by UPS Ground, shipped within three to five business days. If you want a faster delivery, please contact at customersupport@airchair4u.com, for the appropriate additional shipping changes.

For all purchases and shipments outside the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), please contact us at customersupport@airchair4u.com before placing an order. We will need to confirm if the items can be shipped to your specific location and the appropriate shipping charges. Free shipping only applies to the 48 Continental United States.

Return Policy

No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective. Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded. Please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement.

All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be reported within 48 hours of package delivery at customersupport@airchair4u.comAIRCHAIR4U will provide a (prepaid) return shipping label to be affixed by the customer for shipment back to DSDI and/or its vendors partners. Once received, the merchandise will be inspected to determine whether order was either miss-shipped or product was defective. DSDI is responsible for return shipping cost if the return claim qualifies for product replacement. However, if order was correctly shipped and returned product is deemed non-defective, the customer is responsible for original return shipping costs incurred by DSDI and any additional shipping costs required to re-ship said merchandise to the customer. 

Please DO NOT ship back unauthorized returns. Otherwise, the return claim may be automatically rejected and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.  after 48 hours of original delivery date are strictly defined as a manufacturer warranty issue. The customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of whether merchandise is found to be defective. Abusive wear and tear of products may not necessarily qualify a returned product for warranty coverage. If merchandise is found to be defective, AIRCHAIR4U will be responsible for replacement product shipping costs.
